Job Summary

Support strategic planning, development, and execution of food, beverage, and craft market operations across the C3 Presents event portfolio. Partner with the Senior Food & Beverage Manager on operational strategies, vendor programs, and initiatives that drive financial objectives and guest experience. Serve as on-site operational lead for assigned events, manage vendor recruitment and compliance, oversee event execution details, analyze performance data, and ensure permitting and health/safety requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Senior Manager to develop and implement food, beverage, and craft market operational strategies aligned to goals, guest standards, and financial objectives.
•Serve as on-site operational lead for assigned events, using independent judgement to resolve operational challenges and achieve business objectives.
•Recruit, evaluate, select, and onboard food and craft market vendors; serve as primary point of contact and manage compliance with contractual and operational standards.
•Direct and oversee operational activities for assigned vendor programs, including planning, communications, credentialing, site logistics, and event operations/execution.
•Analyze vendor sales and operational data (e.g., product mix and guest demand trends) and assist with forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to support revenue growth and improvements.

•Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgement and make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills to evaluate data and deliver actionable recommendations.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong written and verbal communication skills.
