Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and synchronize data governance workflows, data preparation pipelines, and feature store cataloging for enterprise AI/ML deployment lifecycles.
  • •Serve as an operational bridge between AI/ML engineers, Data Stewards, Product Owners, and Portfolio Product Line Managers.
  • •Track and monitor AI compliance milestones to ensure models and pipelines meet federal AI directives, Responsible AI guidelines, and privacy baselines.
  • •Maintain governance documentation including data dictionaries, data lineage maps, model cards, and governance verification artifacts.
  • •Monitor data quality metrics, training data integrity, and baselines; manage data quality/model drift issue routing back to product backlogs and address risk, bias, and security remediation needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school with 6 years (or commensurate) experience.
  • •Proven experience coordinating data governance, data quality management, or AI compliance frameworks in an enterprise analytics/software environment.
  • •Experience coordinating complex data/AI lifecycle work (data pipelines, data profiling, model metadata management, and/or UAT).
  • •Comprehensive operational understanding of Agile and how data governance integrates into MLOps/DevSecOps pipelines.
  • •Strong experience facilitating collaboration among AI/ML teams, Data Owners, and operational stakeholders; proficiency with enterprise tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Collibra, and/or Git-based environments.
