Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the roadmap for the customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice, from intent coverage and conversation design to partner-embedded interfaces.
  • •Engage enterprise partners through discovery, requirement shaping, and launch decisions, translating partner asks into product choices for multi-partner use.
  • •Partner with Partner Solutions on implementation and onboarding to bring launches to life.
  • •Drive design daily by producing flows and wireframes in Figma and collaborating on high-fidelity and production assets.
  • •Define and defend quality bars and specify agent behavior (resolution, tone, escalation policy, guardrails, edge cases) using production conversation data.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product management experience with principal or lead-level ownership of a customer-facing product, preferably conversational AI or customer experience automation.
  • •Design fluency and comfort manipulating design files to produce flows and basic mocks solo in Figma, acting as a de facto design lead on a lean team.
  • •Ability to write enough code to build working prototypes without waiting on an engineer, using AI coding tools as part of the process.
  • •Hands-on front-end experience building or shipping web front ends and the ability to engage engineers credibly.
  • •Deep partner-facing experience with enterprise clients, ideally in regulated industries, shaping requirements and launch decisions at the product level.
