Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to develop project plans, specifications, and timelines.
  • •Supervise on-site activities by scheduling labor, materials, and equipment to support efficient execution.
  • •Monitor project progress and identify delays, risks, and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
