Key Responsibilities

•Ensure consistency, efficiency, and adherence to the highest food safety standards and guest satisfaction.
•Inspire and mentor a diverse team of chefs, fostering creativity, collaboration, and continuous development.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant environment.

•Experience managing food costs, productivity, and operational performance without compromising quality.
•Strong knowledge of international cuisines and contemporary dining trends, with excellent communication skills.
