Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the KYC Operations Function organization to ensure compliance and instant customer service.
  • •Set the vision and strategy for KYC Operations, improving processes to be more compliant, faster, better, and scalable.
  • •Own quality and compliance metrics for KYC processes, customer-facing cases, SLAs, and appeals outcomes.
  • •Build robust onboarding programs and support systems including metrics, targets, and governance; use data and user research to optimize onboarding.
  • •Manage a regional team of 150+ employees and oversee budgets, KPIs, and vendor/outsourced services; partner with Risk/Compliance and Product teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 3,950,000 - 5,500,000 annually
