Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement equipment planning and design with a focus on safety and compliance with laws, safety/health standards, and environmental standards.
  • •Create design and permit documents, prepare specifications and drawings, and coordinate project progress following scope/budget/schedule management.
  • •Define equipment performance inspection/testing methods, understand customer requirements, and provide technical countermeasures and knowledge sharing during troubleshooting.
  • •Execute quality management based on statistical data and drive cost, energy-saving, and environmental management activities.
  • •Plan and manage equipment load, updates, and expansions; monitor facility systems; analyze risk using FMEA; and support operations-level troubleshooting with reporting and training materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Business-level Japanese proficiency.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • •5+ years of safety-related knowledge and practical experience in manufacturing.
  • •Knowledge of instrumentation and control, including SCADA-based monitoring equipment construction.
  • •Practical knowledge of MECH systems (HVAC, Chiller, PCW, CDA, Boiler, Process vacuum, or Exhaust) and experience handling multiple tasks/projects with prioritization.
