Job Summary

Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and automation solutions for the OCMO (Office of the Chief Marketing Officer) team. Partner with business stakeholders to turn operational workflow needs into reliable agent behaviors, prompts, and automations—using modern LLM and AI platforms—while aligning with enterprise governance, security, and architecture standards. Own documentation, adoption measurement, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement through rapid pilot sprints.

Key Responsibilities

•Discover OCMO operational workflow needs and prioritize AI/agent/automation deliverables for agile execution.
•Develop, deploy, document, and maintain AI agents, apps, and automation solutions to improve operational workflows.
•Design, test, and refine prompts and agent behaviors to deliver reliable, high-quality generative AI outputs.
•Collaborate with Digital (IT) to ensure solutions align with enterprise governance, security, and architecture standards.
•Operationalize and measure adoption and performance across business functions; troubleshoot issues and continuously improve automation workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 192,000 - 288,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years of engineering experience in a customer-facing role, or as a software engineer with consulting experience.
•Production experience with LLMs, including advanced prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale.
•Proficiency in programming with Python; additional experience with TypeScript or Java preferred.
•Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and platforms such as LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, CrewAI, AutoGen, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or Google AI Studio, plus agentic coding platforms like Antigravity, Claude Code, or OpenAI Codex.
