Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in deeper conversations in person and via proactive calling to uncover financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open and manage consumer and business accounts and related deposit and lending products as needed.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Ability to interact comfortably with small business clients, overcome objections, and ask fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office Products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
