Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct holistic, risk-based reviews using test scripts and scorecards to assess risk outcomes and policy compliance.
  • •Assess risk, materiality, and root causes for findings, providing clear reasons aligned to policy compliance and/or risk mitigation.
  • •Participate in calibration exercises to share findings/best practices and support consistent decisions across the team.
  • •Clearly communicate outcomes to stakeholders, including risks, issues, root causes, recommendations, and maintain robust records/audit trails.
  • •Analyze emerging themes and trends and scope/execute root cause analysis or targeted investigations when assigned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 2,450 - 2,950 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of QA experience or experience in a relevant servicing function (AML Investigation, SAR Reporting, Fraud, KYC - EDD/CDD).
  • •Fluent English (written and verbal) to articulate findings, risks, and recommendations.
  • •Good understanding of quality assurance methodologies/frameworks, including testing procedures, scoring criteria, and root cause analysis.
  • •Risk and compliance expertise to identify and assess risks, interpret and apply policy requirements, and understand the regulatory environment.
  • •Strong analytical skills to review customer files, identify missing information/issues/trends/root causes, using AI/data as appropriate.
