Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide friendly, professional client service during store business hours.
  • •Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier zone while following Sephora merchandising concepts.
  • •Perform shipment receipt and processing, organize and maintain the stockroom, and process transfers, damages, and testers.
  • •Support inventory control by checking visual elements, communicating missing/damaged items, ensuring sampling compliance, and reporting inventory issues to leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 19.2 - 22.6 hourly

  • •1-2 years of retail/client service experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
  • •Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
