Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of Process Intelligence capabilities, translating event log and transaction insights into measurable operational improvements and tracked benefits. Own the team’s Process Intelligence roadmap aligned to Group Data Technology strategy, analyze enterprise data to uncover bottlenecks and root causes, and build Celonis/ARIS dashboards for KPIs/SLAs, conformance, and alerting. Partner with senior stakeholders and ensure delivery adherence to HSBC controls and data/privacy requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of Process Intelligence capabilities (including Celonis and/or ARIS) for process/task mining and improvement actions.
•Build and own the Process Intelligence roadmap aligned to Group Data Technology strategy and value realisation.
•Analyze enterprise transaction/event logs to identify bottlenecks, conformance gaps, and root causes.
•Partner with senior stakeholders to shape business cases and define non-functional requirements.
•Build and maintain Celonis/ARIS dashboards for KPIs/SLAs, bottleneck and conformance analysis, and manage platform governance and vendor relationships.

Key Requirements

•Process Intelligence experience, translating event log insights into measurable operational improvement.
•Hands-on experience with Celonis or ARIS, including analyses, dashboards, and data modelling.
•Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and operational KPIs, with ability to quantify value (cost, time, risk, control uplift).
•Experience working with large-scale operational datasets and event logs (case/activity/timestamp concepts).
•Experience working in regulated environments with appropriate data controls and privacy considerations.
