•Drive innovation and development of CVD process and hardware technology.
•Develop technical paths to solve high-value problems and advance understanding of process-hardware interactions in complex systems.
•Develop, plan, and execute process engineering development projects and establish strategy for project execution.
•Perform process and hardware characterization and troubleshoot engineering issues on highly complex systems.
•Lead and participate in discussions with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver customer-focused performance solutions.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 124,000 - 171,000
