Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate complex design and construction trajectories in public or private sectors, ensuring projects are safe, on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and operational requirements.
  • •Manage external designers and advisers, and run project governance meetings including design reviews, cost reviews, kickoff meetings, progress meetings, and risk sessions.
  • •Prepare and monitor project plans, budgets, and reporting; identify, manage, and mitigate risks with appropriate measures.
  • •Maintain open communication with internal and external stakeholders and stakeholders within the client organization; advise the client on contract forms (UAV, UAV-GC, FIDIC).
  • •Support procurement and contractor selection, collaborate with the Construction Manager on site planning and execution monitoring, and steer contractors on scope, cost, schedule, and HSSE performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed education in building engineering, technical studies, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in project- or program management within the built environment.
  • •Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written).
  • •Demonstrable experience managing complex projects, including HSSE leadership and compliance.
  • •In possession of a B driver’s license and a VCA certificate (or willing to obtain it).
