Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the daily production schedule using people, materials, machines, and processes to meet customer requirements, schedule compliance, and cost objectives.
  • •Coordinate with team leaders and employees to ensure production processes support the production plan and customer requirements.
  • •Assure quality checks, preventive maintenance, and audits are performed to support product and process quality.
  • •Supervise maintenance personnel and manage employee job training, performance, discipline, policies and procedures, attendance and vacation schedules, labor reporting, and inventory accuracy.
  • •Develop and implement improvements in throughput, cycle time, and inventory reduction; manage small/complex projects and track milestones, timeline, and progress while preparing regular project status reports.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years’ experience in a maintenance or project management role.
