Key Responsibilities

  • •Support open enrollment along with the administration of employee benefit plans, retirement programs, voluntary elections, and compensation packages.
  • •Play a key role in day-to-day people operations and serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers.
  • •Conduct analysis of benefits and compensation programs; assist in program design and strategy.
  • •Assist with leave of absence administration, immigration cases, maintain accurate employee records, and support HR-related audits.
  • •Partner with the team to manage and optimize HRIS systems (Rippling experience is a plus) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
