Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate with senior management to set strategic plans, objectives, and a 18–36 month future-state technology roadmap.
  • •Ensure operational effectiveness by making final implementation decisions and cascading functional strategy across the organization.
  • •Direct the EAAI functional area via lower management, including developing new integration methods and solving complex automation matters.
  • •Establish and enforce enterprise architecture governance (policies, technical standards, security baselines, interoperability standards) and chair the Technology Review Board to prevent shadow IT.
  • •Own and advance the enterprise iPaaS and integration automation: centralize API management, manage cross-functional data pipelines, and drive workflow automation and AI policy/governance for safe AI-enabled enterprise workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •12+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Integrations, Automation, or Business Technology, ideally in a high-growth enterprise SaaS environment.
  • •5+ years of managing and directing high-performing technical teams and managers across various levels.
  • •Proven track record designing and managing complex, cross-functional data integration pipelines (e.g., Lead-to-Cash and Usage-to-Billing).
  • •Strong governance experience: defining and enforcing architectural guardrails and compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA, SOX).
