Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and govern end-to-end patch management lifecycle in SCCM/MECM, including SUP sync, ADRs, deployment targeting, and compliance reporting.
  • •Architect and maintain WSUS topology and health (synchronization failures, certificate management, cleanup, and IIS monitoring).
  • •Build and manage SCCM software deployments, including deployment types, requirement rules, dependency modeling, and phased pilot/UAT/production pipelines.
  • •Manage Windows Update for Business and Intune update compliance using update rings, expedite updates, readiness targeting for Windows 11, and co-management alignment with SCCM.
  • •Produce patch compliance dashboards and SLA reporting, integrate vulnerability management outputs (Qualys/Tenable/Defender), and drive remediation for non-compliant devices and failed deployments.
