Job Summary

Lead onboarding of AI Platform products for HSBC, coordinating across engineering, platform, product, and governance teams to capture requirements, define milestones, and deliver end-to-end onboarding. Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding/migration requests, engaging users to understand platform capabilities and facilitate onboarding.
•Run structured discovery to capture observations and improvements (use cases, data, model type, environments, access needs, non-functional requirements).
•Coordinate across engineering, platform, and product teams to progress onboarding and unblock dependencies.
•Manage BAU onboarding operating work and deliver demos to users.
•Define, track, and communicate end-to-end SLAs and status updates with clear visibility and expectations.

Key Requirements

•Strong ability to elicit requirements via workshops/1:1s and document outcomes clearly.
•Produce high-quality artefacts: problem statements, scope, assumptions, dependencies, user journeys, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•Comfortable handling ambiguity and turning onboarding needs into a structured, testable set of requirements.
•Own onboarding from intake to completion: triage, prioritisation, planning, execution tracking, and closure.
•Define milestones, RAID, and delivery plans across multiple parallel requests.
