Key Responsibilities

  • •Service aircraft by performing mechanical work such as dismantling, disassembly, overhauling, repairing, fabricating, assembling, welding, testing, adjusting, installing, and erecting parts to maintain airworthiness.
  • •Conduct scheduled maintenance inspections and certify the quality of your workmanship per maintenance manuals and references.
  • •Connect/remove ground power and ground start units; push out/tow aircraft and perform guideman functions.
  • •Perform required AMT general functions including signing mechanical/airworthiness releases, completing forms/records/reports, and performing FOD walks and work-area cleaning.
  • •Adhere to safety procedures and policies, government regulations (DOT/FAA/TSA), complete required job trainings, and coordinate with supervisors/crew chief and other stakeholders to accomplish work tasks.
