Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the FAST Technical Sales training program to ramp into customer-facing sales
  • •Complete three rotations including Field Sales Office (FSO), Mass Market (MM), and Business Unit/Systems Engineering & Marketing (BU/SEM)
  • •Partner with customers and internal teams to uncover and win customer opportunities using TI’s sales process and virtual account system
  • •Manage and quantify leads and the commercial aspects of customer relationships
  • •Develop, forecast, and monitor an annual plan for revenue growth

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
  • •Ability to effectively balance strong technical skills with solid relationship-building capabilities
  • •Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work in teams across functions
