Serve as a client-first, sales-driven partner for KeyBank customers and local businesses in the branch. Conduct in-person and phone conversations to uncover financial wellness needs, provide tailored recommendations, and build new and deeper client relationships. Open consumer and business accounts and support transactions on the teller line as needed. Meet individual activity and outcome goals, manage referral sources and centers of influence, and follow operational, risk, security, and audit compliance.
