Job Summary

Drive customer adoption of core AI use cases by building scalable implementation and enablement processes across a high-volume book of business. Become the product expert for enabling both basic and complex workflows in ElevenLabs platforms, audit agent prompts and configurations, and use adoption metrics to develop data-driven playbooks. Partner with Account Management, CX, RevOps, and GTM to run regional workshops and webinars and unify adoption strategy across the customer journey.

•Build and deliver scalable implementation and enablement processes to educate customers and accelerate time-to-value
•Develop deep product expertise across ElevenLabs platforms, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative
•Audit customer agent prompts, configurations, and feature setup; provide recommendations that deepen adoption
•Track and drive adoption metrics with Revenue Operations to improve reporting and develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks
•Partner with Account Management, CX, and external implementation partners to deliver regional campaigns and unify adoption strategy across the customer journey

Key Requirements

•Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
•Track record of building adoption-focused programs from the ground up (onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content)
•Extremely analytical with experience identifying trends, surfacing opportunities, and standardizing best practices using data
•Fluency in English; fluency in a second European language (French, Spanish, German, Polish) is desirable
