Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement RL environments and conduct experiments and evaluations for cybersecurity-focused AI systems.
  • •Deliver research work into production training runs and collaborate with researchers, engineers, and cybersecurity specialists across and outside the company.
  • •Develop novel approaches at the intersection of cybersecurity and RL and realize them in code.
  • •Work with teams across Anthropic to advance secure coding, vulnerability remediation, and defensive cybersecurity capabilities.
  • •Balance research exploration with engineering implementation to produce tangible results.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 300,000 - 405,000 annually
