Warehouse Operative Team Leader (m/f/d)

Lead day-to-day warehouse operations in Ellesmere Port, balancing roughly half operational duties and half team leadership. You’ll oversee safe unloading, goods-in activities, inventory handling, and accurate booking and replenishment in SAP, while maintaining health & safety compliance. As a team leader, you’ll coordinate resources, run Tier 1 meetings, monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and support training, handovers, audits, and shift escalation.
