Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute user growth initiatives, campaigns, and communications for Earn products.
  • •Identify, develop, and expand collaboration opportunities with token partners to grow offerings and ecosystem reach.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product operations and effective campaign execution.
  • •Monitor daily Earn product performance, troubleshoot product-related issues, and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
  • •Track, analyze, and evaluate campaign and growth initiative effectiveness using data and user insights, while supporting VIP and institutional client onboarding.

Key Requirements

  • •Plan and execute growth initiatives, campaigns, and communications for Earn products.
  • •Develop and manage collaborations/partnerships with token partners to expand product offerings.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and KOL/Affiliate teams to execute campaigns and product operations.
  • •Strong understanding of crypto Earn products and DeFi Lending/Borrowing mechanisms, including Flexible Simple Earn and Loan products.
  • •Use data and user feedback to analyze performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive KPI- and result-oriented growth decisions.
