Job Summary

After completing a 14-week Graduate Training Program, you’ll take on Associate Account Manager responsibilities specializing in systems, services, or controls for a predetermined office location. You’ll sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers, build relationships through full sales cycles, collaborate with engineers/architects/contractors, and create and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed targets.

•Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls, services, and parts to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
•Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers on design, application, and sale of solutions for customer buildings.
•Build and strengthen customer relationships by understanding customer needs throughout the full sales cycle.
•Enhance sales strategies by developing opportunities and analyzing market conditions using maintained technical and professional knowledge.
•Create and execute a sales plan and growth strategy for the territory to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

Key Requirements

•Possess a bachelor’s degree (preferred fields include Business, Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or Engineering).
•Must be graduated at least 45 days prior to the Graduate Training Program start date.
•Have prior internship experience at Trane Technologies or be able to commence in-office work at least 3 months before GTP start.
•Have the legal right to work in Canada.
•Possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months and provide proof of insurance with no major/frequent traffic violations.
