Job Summary

Own customer-facing architecture and security leadership for enterprise deployments of Rogo’s AI platform in APAC. Serve as the primary technical contact in pre- and post-sales engagements, lead architecture reviews, and partner with Sales and Engineering to guide integrations, deployment models, and onboarding. Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to translate requirements into technical insights, diagnose issues, and drive successful long-term adoption using cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers during pre- and post-sales engagements
•Lead architecture reviews and help customers understand how Rogo integrates with their infrastructure
•Collaborate with security and engineering teams to address security and compliance requirements
•Partner with Sales on complex enterprise deals, providing architectural guidance and technical validation
•Guide onboarding and early adoption, diagnose technical issues with Engineering, and support long-term adoption and expansion

Key Requirements

•4+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Infrastructure Architect, or similar
•Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, networking, and security concepts
•Experience with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
•Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, identity and access management, networking, and security best practices
•Ability to confidently lead architecture and security discussions with enterprise technical stakeholders
