Job Summary

Provide occupational hygiene, hazardous materials, WHS, and environmental compliance services to clients across NSW and Australia. Conduct field inspections, monitoring and sampling, hazardous building material assessments (including asbestos and lead), and air quality and microbiological assessments. Build trusted relationships with clients, support projects with WHS legislation guidance, and prepare technical reports, clearance certificates, and management plans. Role is based in Newcastle with relocation to the Hunter region.

•Provide occupational hygiene, hazardous materials, and WHS advice.
•Deliver field-based occupational hygiene, WHS, and environmental services including sampling, hazardous building material inspections, and air quality assessments.

•Support projects with practical guidance on WHS legislation and best practice.
•Prepare high-quality technical reports, clearance certificates, and management plans, including undertaking fieldwork across NSW and throughout Australia.

Key Requirements

•Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Occupational Hygiene, WHS, or a related discipline.

•Strong technical report writing skills, preparing clear, well-structured reports and proposals.
•Hold a current, valid driver’s licence.
•Sound knowledge of WHS legislation, Australian Standards, and Codes of Practice.
