Design, deploy, and operate reliable production infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. Own SLOs/SLIs and drive end-to-end incident response, including postmortems and corrective actions, while participating in on-call and reducing MTTR. Administer MongoDB, automate with IaC and scripting, and collaborate closely with development, QA, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
•Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for testing, building, and deployment using GitHub and Google Cloud Run.
•Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, New Relic) to catch issues before customers are impacted.
•Own reliability with SLOs/SLIs and error budgets, lead incident response and blameless postmortems, and drive corrective actions to closure.
•Administer MongoDB and implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies, while automating operations with IaC and scripts.

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, operating production systems and responding to incidents you owned.
•Strong Docker experience, including container orchestration with Kubernetes.
•Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, and GKE.
•Proficiency with monitoring/observability using Elasticsearch and Kibana, plus experience with alerting and dashboards.
•Experience administering and optimizing MongoDB, including backup/recovery and disaster recovery strategies.
