Work in production for the tube and core division, ensuring quick, safe, and quality-focused execution on the packing line. Collaborate with other departments, troubleshoot issues, and make incremental process adjustments while monitoring and reporting quality. Learn to set up new jobs, train on other lines and departments, and maintain a safe, clean, organized work area. Excellent attendance and the ability to follow supervisor-assigned duties and policies are essential.
