Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor the design team to deliver high-quality creative output from concept to completion.
•Develop and drive seasonal creative narratives, ranges, and product stories aligned with brand identity and business goals.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Product Development, BU) to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
•Pitch ideas and communicate the creative vision effectively to stakeholders and team members.
•Demonstrate agility in managing projects, budgets, and feedback to meet deadlines while maintaining design excellence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Fashion Design or equivalent professional experience
•Minimum 5+ years as a senior-level designer with experience in sports brands
•2-3 years of management/leadership experience leading teams toward strategic goals
•In-depth knowledge of functional materials/technical aspects and strong hard skills
•Fluency in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and MS Office
