Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share for the Development team.
  • •Liaise with the Regional Director and local office lead to set and agree growth targets and plans.
  • •Build trusted relationships with public/private sector clients and key stakeholders such as local planning authorities.
  • •Provide technical advice to clients and support them through the planning and design process.
  • •Lead and support bids and authorise submissions; act as Project Director for major projects while ensuring SHEQ/H&S compliance.
