Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador while adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build and maintain client relationships using personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations to meet personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transactions, and receiving shipments.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and using mobile POS, with basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop) and ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete physical tasks including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and experience with live-stream shopping/video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred).
