Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and drive plant safety culture, meeting safety targets and ensuring every employee goes home without injury.
  • •Oversee plant operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost targets, monitoring KPI performance and addressing improvement opportunities.
  • •Manage human capital planning and performance management, including hiring, developing direct reports, and succession planning.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety/product safety, fire protection, company policies/procedures, housekeeping programs, and local/state/federal regulatory requirements.
  • •Lead budgeting, Cap-Ex execution, communications to associates, CI culture growth, process control initiatives, and best-practice sharing with other facilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience in a production environment.
  • •7+ years of leadership experience, preferably in flexible packaging.
  • •Proven ability to lead and drive continuous improvement, with Six Sigma Black Belt knowledge strongly preferred.
  • •Demonstrated commitment to safety and strong written and verbal communication skills.
