Job Summary

Growth Marketing Manager responsible for measuring, developing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline growth in NA and LATAM markets. You’ll lead email, paid digital, and events, align marketing with SDR efforts, and leverage AI to personalize messaging and improve campaign performance, reporting insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across multiple platforms from planning to analysis.
•Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns across brands and segments to drive top of funnel demand.
•Create and manage digital marketing channels (Google, YouTube, social, industry publications) and use AI to maximize ad delivery, targeting, and reporting.
•Lead pre/post/in-event communications for industry events and collaborate with brand and sales to maximize lead capture and pipeline.
•Track KPIs, analyze performance, and provide regular reports with recommendations to senior management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 156,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a relevant field.
•4+ years of B2B marketing experience within growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing or a related role with a proven track record of managing successful multi-channel campaigns.
•B2B SaaS and start-up experience is a plus; hospitality or hotel tech industry experience is a plus.
•Strong ability to write copy and use AI to scale out more personalized messaging.
•Proven ability to measure campaign performance, derive insights, and take action based on data.
