Job Summary

Support cross-functional HR processes for ELYSIS during a 12-month maternity leave replacement. Serve as the primary HR point of contact for leaders and employees, lead end-to-end recruitment through external partners, and coordinate key HR cycles (performance, salary reviews, talent, onboarding/offboarding, mobility, workforce planning). Drive continuous improvement by identifying process pain points, harmonizing HR practices across the joint venture partners, and building HR governance with KPIs and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary HR point of contact for leaders and employees across ELYSIS departments (Functional, Industrialization, Technology).
•Support HR decision-making by aligning HR policies, frameworks, and practices of the joint-venture partners.
•Manage end-to-end recruitment via external partners and coordinate the internship program while improving candidate experience.
•Coordinate and lead cross-functional HR cycles (performance evaluations, salary reviews, talent management, onboarding/offboarding, mobility, workforce planning, contractor management).
•Drive continuous improvement and governance by identifying process pain points, harmonizing HR practices, proposing improvements, and defining/monitoring HR KPIs and HR documentation.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in a generalist HR role with a proven ability to execute effectively.
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
•Strong interest in process improvement and organizational development.
•Comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments and managing multiple priorities and projects.
•Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
