Lead an operations team of 12+ within a larger 50+ project group responsible for collecting compensation survey data and generating benchmark reports for clients. Manage performance with KPIs, provide coaching and recognition, and ensure quality control through auditing, risk management, escalations, and governance. Drive process improvements, manage talent planning, handle end-client communications for data-cleaning issues, and support change management.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, motivate, and mentor direct reports and pension administration team members; foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
•Set and monitor KPIs, provide feedback, and ensure performance standards are met through regular monthly reviews.
•Own quality control, manage risks and escalations, and ensure audit and governance using succession planning and talent reviews.
•Conduct risk analysis and mitigation; support governance on project plan and milestones and do risk assessment.
•Drive process improvement ideas, ensure change management is followed, and handle end-client communication to resolve data-cleaning issues.
