Job Summary

Define the strategic and operational vision for the direct eCommerce business for After Sales, covering payment, logistics, and back office, and drive omnichannel collaboration. Lead a team of eCom business owners to optimize the customer journey, ensure efficient operations across markets/clusters, and set/track operational KPIs. Orchestrate alignment across functions, regions, and channels while driving strategic initiatives and presentations across Digital Direct eCommerce and Digital Business.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the strategic and operational vision for the direct eCom business for After Sales (payment, logistics, back office) and drive omnichannel collaboration.
•Initiate and lead initiatives to centrally improve the eCom customer journey and supporting processes with local and central teams.
•Lead a team of eCom business owners to optimize the direct customer journey and supporting processes across logistics, payment, and back office.
•Ensure effective and efficient operations and define/track operational (process) performance KPIs and targets with stakeholders across markets (VGs/clusters).
•Act as the central go-to person for eCom Direct Operations topics and orchestrate alignment across functions, markets, clusters, and channels.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in management consulting and 5+ years in a senior management role in a digital-driven business environment.
•Strong digital know-how, preferably in eCommerce or similar.
•Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
•Significant management experience with strong proven leadership, project management, organizational, and networking skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English; German appreciated).
