Job Summary

Coordinate day-to-day renewal operations to help Renewal Managers execute renewal strategy smoothly. You’ll review and organize renewal documentation, monitor shared inboxes, route requests, and keep HubSpot/Zendesk and internal systems up to date. Own the Renewal Team’s operational calendar, track deadlines, and support cross-functional follow-up across Underwriting, Implementation, Billing, Eligibility, Product, Engineering, and Account Management, plus contribute to SOPs and efficiency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide administrative and operational support to multiple Renewal Managers, including reviewing renewal documentation for completeness and accuracy.
•Monitor shared renewal inboxes, route requests, and update HubSpot, Zendesk, and internal systems with notes and documentation.
•Own and maintain the Renewal Team’s operational calendar, tracking deadlines and proactively reminding team members of critical dates.
•Coordinate cross-functional follow-up with Underwriting, Implementation, Billing, Eligibility, Product, Engineering, and Account Management to keep renewals on track.
•Support special projects such as improving operational efficiency, maintaining SOPs and templates, and participating in testing new workflows and tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 65,000 annually
