Client Account Manager

Maintain relationships with assigned small-to-medium clients and help meet their operational and administrative needs. Support service strategy based on client complexity and retention risk, resolve moderately complex client issues, and conduct research and reporting. Work with internal partners and clients on adoption of new products, platforms, and services, complete campaigns, and periodically travel to present at client meetings. Contribute to process improvements for client administration and retirement plan services.
