Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions for Remote’s clients and their employees.
  • •Advise clients on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • •Facilitate meetings with clients and external employees, including workforce reduction consultations and separations/settlements negotiations.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining accurate employee records and privacy/confidentiality.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS and coordinate across stakeholders (e.g., Customer Success, Legal, Payroll) while contributing to automation and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
