Job Summary

Join the Employee Relations (ER) Operations team to manage complex employee relations cases across Southeast Asia and APAC. You’ll lead investigations, advise business leaders and HR partners on disciplinary and performance matters, and support organization redesign and workforce realignment. The role also requires strong case documentation standards, trend analysis to identify root causes, and collaboration with employment legal to balance risk and ensure consistent, fair employment practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage ER cases including disciplinary issues, misconduct, performance concerns, grievances, redundancies, and complex absences through resolution.
•Conduct independent investigations for complex HR-related concerns and make investigative conclusions based on evidence.
•Advise and counsel businesses on disciplinary and warning actions, including policy interpretation and regional employment practices.
•Maintain detailed ER case documentation, including investigation reports and issue analysis, ensuring coordinated and consistent case management.
•Curate and deliver relevant training to improve HRBP and leader effectiveness, and examine trends to diagnose root causes and drive corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Employee Relations experience, including exposure to organization redesign, workforce realignment, and performance management.
•Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory frameworks across the Asia Pacific region.
•Proven experience managing complex, high-volume employee relations cases and providing risk-based advice.
•Ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver pragmatic solutions.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, evolving business environment.
