Define and drive a Nordic-first content strategy across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. •Create original content across social, web, email, video, and campaign-support formats, including writing and editing for diverse asset types.
•Own and maintain Nordic content calendars across launches, campaigns, events, and key market moments.
•Plan, write, publish, and manage Planday’s global LinkedIn presence organically to build brand credibility and engagement.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Sales, and Design to turn priorities into effective market-facing content and brief creative partners as needed.

•Confident judgement on when to adapt central content versus create locally relevant content from scratch.
•Experience owning an organic brand LinkedIn presence (planning, writing, publishing, and tracking what resonates), with no paid media experience required.
