Job Summary

Responsible for forecasting and inventory planning for the Cairo Duty Free merchandize portfolio, balancing sales performance with stock levels across channels. Develop demand forecasts, open-to-buy plans, and replenishment strategies; manage store allocations and MDQs using Blue Yonder; partner with Buying, Retail, Finance, Marketing and Store Ops to align launches and promotions; monitor stock health and optimize inventory flow.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Review sales performance, stock levels, and key planning KPIs across channels and stores to identify inventory risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
•Develop, maintain, and update demand forecasts, OTB plans, and inventory strategies based on sales performance, promotional activities, seasonal trends, and business priorities.
•Manage store allocation and replenishment activities through Blue Yonder, including reviewing system-generated allocations, resolving exceptions, and optimizing stock distribution to maximize product availability.
•Partner closely with Buying, Retail, Finance, Marketing, and Store Operations teams to align assortment plans, product launches, promotional campaigns, and trading strategies.
•Coordinate product launch activities by managing minimum display quantities (MDQs), allocation profiles, and automated allocation processes to ensure timely store readiness.
•Monitor inventory health by analyzing stock aging, sell-through performance, and markdown opportunities, working closely with Operations and Logistics teams to optimize inventory flow and improve overall stock productivity.
