Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a resource to identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues in an in-person branch setting.
  • •Provide distinctive client service, listen for financial wellness needs, and transition customers to a Banker appropriately.
  • •Coach other tellers and take responsibility for efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller-line duties, including teller scheduling, observing, coaching, and overseeing operational standards and compliance procedures.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance cash drawers within guidelines, and assist with onboarding/training new tellers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •Minimum 3 years of cash handling experience (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks (required).
