Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end architecture and technical design of the global Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and the CRM roadmap.
•Define technical standards, design patterns, and specifications across customisation, configuration, extensions, and integrations.
•Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions within the Dynamics ecosystem.
•Partner with the Global CRM Systems & Data Integration Lead to establish integration patterns across key enterprise systems (e.g. finance, marketing, identity, analytics).
•Oversee the design of data migration from multiple legacy CRM platforms, ensuring integrity, consistency, and quality.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering large-scale, global CRM transformation programmes.
•Deep expertise in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales, Service, and Marketing modules preferred).
•Strong understanding of cloud architecture patterns, design principles, and best practices for enterprise applications.
•Hands-on experience with Azure services (e.g. Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory) to integrate and extend Dynamics 365.
•Solid knowledge of data modelling, migration strategies, and data governance within a CRM environment.
