Own and evolve a global benefits creation platform that defines, configures, and governs discounts, vouchers, and rewards across brands and channels. Lead a dedicated engineering squad to build scalable primitives, automated governance, and intuitive back-office tools so marketing and commercial teams can launch campaigns without engineering bottlenecks. Protect P&L margins while introducing automation and smart interfaces, aligning cross-functionally across international teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the global benefits and incentive platform, evolving toward intelligent automated creation tools.
•Design scalable platform primitives and reusable building blocks to eliminate custom one-off engineering for individual marketing campaigns.
•Establish automated governance layers, including margin floors and stacking checks, to protect business profitability systematically.
•Build intuitive back-office tooling so commercial and growth teams can configure standard campaigns independently.
•Drive cross-functional alignment across international teams and evaluate automation/smart interfaces balancing flexibility with system reliability.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in platform product management, including building scalable internal tools, APIs, or foundational infrastructure.
•6+ years of product management experience, operating at a Senior or Staff level in complex systems across multiple markets or business lines.
•Exceptional leadership and communication skills to align senior, cross-functional stakeholders and drive platform adoption without direct authority.
•Strong advantage: background in commercial strategy or promotional economics to design business guardrails balancing flexibility with P&L protection.
•Familiarity with data analysis and technical architecture to design reliable automation and interpret experiment data with engineering teams.
