Job Summary

Lead end-to-end execution of customer projects in the turbomachinery business, serving as the primary customer-facing Project Manager. Coordinate field services, outages, maintenance events, inspections, and upgrades, while building cross-functional plans with engineering, operations, sourcing, logistics, quality, and customer stakeholders. Own project schedules, resource plans, risk assessments, budget and KPI monitoring, and drive on-time, safe delivery aligned to contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end execution of customer projects, ensuring contractual commitments, milestones, and customer objectives are met.
•Serve as the primary customer-facing Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle and act as central point of contact.
•Lead planning, coordination, and execution of field services, maintenance events, outages, inspections, upgrades, and related turbomachinery projects.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, field service, operations, sourcing, logistics, quality, and customer stakeholders) to deliver successful project outcomes.
•Maintain project schedules, resource plans, documentation, and risk registers; monitor performance against milestones, budgets, and KPIs while proactively mitigating risks.

Key Requirements

•Experience managing customer-facing projects and field service operations, including outages, maintenance events, or operational programs in turbomachinery/rotating equipment, power generation, energy, industrial manufacturing, or aerospace.
•Strong understanding of project management principles, outage planning, resource management, and customer delivery requirements.
•Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and demanding schedules.
•Excellent customer relationship management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
•Proficiency with project management tools, ERP systems, resource planning applications, and Microsoft Office Suite; PMP/CAPM or equivalent preferred.
