Job Summary

Join the Technical Operations (TOPS) team to monitor the health of applications, networks, and systems supporting Interactive Brokers’ global brokerage platform 24/7/365. You’ll troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve operational issues, perform post-incident reviews with engineering and infrastructure teams, and provide internal 2nd-level support. The role also includes monitoring batch jobs, developing process monitoring tools, and investigating real-time trade issues with internal and external partners.

•Provide internal 2nd-level technical support to various teams and act as the primary escalation point.
•Monitor batch scheduled jobs and investigate/triage real-time trade issues with internal and external parties.
